Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs all paid subscriptions and plans purchased through nevuto.com ("Nevuto," "we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to any Nevuto plan you agree to the terms below.
1. Free Trial
All new Nevuto accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to paid platform features. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the 7-day period, access to paid features is suspended until you choose a subscription plan and complete your first payment.
The free trial is available once per person and per business entity. Creating multiple accounts to extend trial access is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in account termination without refund.
2. Subscription Plans Overview
Nevuto offers the following paid plan types, each with distinct refund eligibility:
- Monthly subscriptions — billed every 30 days; cancel anytime.
- Annual subscriptions — billed once per year at a discounted rate; 30-day money-back guarantee on the first payment.
- Lifetime plans — one-time payment for perpetual access; 30-day money-back guarantee.
- Founding Merchant plans — treated the same as annual subscriptions for refund purposes.
3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the first payment of any annual subscription or lifetime plan. The 30-day window begins on the date of your first payment — which occurs after your free trial ends — not on the date you created your account. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of that first charge and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
Combined with the 7-day free trial, this gives you up to 37 days of risk-free access before committing to an annual plan.
The guarantee applies to:
- The first payment of a new annual plan (Basic, Advanced, Plus, or Founding Merchant).
- Lifetime plan purchases.
The guarantee does not apply to:
- Monthly subscription charges (see Section 4).
- Renewal payments on annual plans (see Section 5).
- Add-on purchases or third-party integrations billed separately.
4. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly plans are billed on a rolling 30-day cycle. Because they carry no long-term commitment, monthly charges are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard; your access will remain active through the end of the current billing period and will not renew.
5. Annual Subscription Renewals & Mid-Term Cancellations
After the initial 30-day money-back window has passed, annual subscription payments are non-refundable. If you cancel an annual plan mid-term:
- Your account remains active and fully functional through the end of the paid period.
- Auto-renewal is disabled immediately upon cancellation.
- No partial or prorated refund is issued for unused time.
6. Plan Upgrades and Downgrades
- Upgrades — when you move to a higher-tier plan, any unused value from your current billing period is credited toward the new plan on a prorated basis. You are charged only for the difference.
- Downgrades — plan changes to a lower tier take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refund or credit is issued for the difference.
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Monthly subscription charges.
- Annual or lifetime plan payments requested after the 30-day window.
- Renewal payments on any plan.
- Domain registrations or third-party services purchased through Nevuto.
- Add-on features or usage-based charges (e.g., Nevuto AI credits consumed).
- Plans purchased through promotional pricing or partner channels, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
- Nevuto Pay accounts: Once your application for Nevuto Pay (payment processing) has been approved and your merchant account is active, any associated plan or activation fee is non-refundable. Subscription fees for plans linked to an active Nevuto Pay account are not eligible for refund.
8. Accounts Terminated for Policy Violations
If Nevuto terminates your account due to a violation of our Terms of Serviceor Acceptable Use Policy, refund eligibility will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at Nevuto's sole discretion. We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, or material breach of our policies.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We encourage you to contact us at support@nevuto.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the suspension of your account pending resolution. Nevuto reserves the right to contest chargebacks that do not comply with this policy.
10. How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@nevuto.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [your account email]."
- Include your account email address, the plan you purchased, the date of purchase, and a brief reason for your request.
- Our support team will respond within 2 business days to confirm eligibility and next steps.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
10. Account Data After Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription or your account is closed, your store data (products, orders, customer records) remains accessible in read-only mode for 30 days so you can export it before it is permanently deleted. We strongly recommend exporting your data before closing your account. Nevuto is not responsible for data loss after this 30-day window has passed.
11. Changes to This Policy
Nevuto reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
12. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in a federal or state court sitting in the State of Delaware, County of New Castle, consistent with our Terms of Service.
